The Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) group is part of TikTok's Monetization organization, focusing on advertiser needs and product development excellence. We collaborate with advertisers across verticals to develop monetization solutions and make TikTok a key growth channel. This role leads the North America PSO team, partnering with product and sales leadership to bring new solutions, best practices, and growth programs to market. As a senior executive, you will set regional priorities, mentor the leadership team, and ensure client feedback influences our product roadmap.

The annual base salary ranges from $198,000 to $392,000, depending on qualifications, skills, and location. Additional bonuses, incentives, and stock units may be offered.
