Rillet is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to own the product marketing strategy and build the function as we scale. You will define how Rillet positions in the ERP/AI market, shape our category narrative, and develop go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, differentiation, and growth.

This highly visible leadership role collaborates with the CEO and executive team to influence company strategy, product positioning, and market success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B AI, B2B SaaS, or DTC SaaS.
• 8+ years of people management experience, leading teams.
• Builder mentality with GTM scale-from-scratch experience.
• Strong storytelling, positioning, and executive partneringskills.
• AI-native mindset and experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the product marketing function with strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Define positioning and category narrative to differentiate in ERP/AI markets.
• Partner with CEO, Sales, and leadership to shape messaging and priorities.
• Lead end-to-end GTM for launches, new capabilities, and market expansion.
• Drive impact via insights, enablement, and compelling product narratives.
