Job summary

HD Supply Management seeks a senior product leader to drive customer-centric product experiences in an enterprise commerce context. You will oversee a team of product managers and UX professionals, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and discovery efforts across B2B platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data analytics, and engineering to deliver high-impact features, optimize the shopping funnel, and improve KPIs while guiding agile and SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• Domain & business models: B2B, enterprise and digital commerce.
• Core product management: strategy, discovery, backlog, requirements.
• Experience with eProcurement integrations and API integrations.
• CMS/tech: Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager.
• Advanced capabilities: personalization, ML product management, experimentation.
• Data, analytics & agile tools: Jira, Confluence, analytics and BI.

Responsibilities

• Leads a product team and guides UX professionals to deliver customer-centric experiences.
• Manages roadmaps and prioritization aligned with business goals and feasibility.
• Oversees full product lifecycle from planning to launch and iteration.
• Translates business needs into actionable product initiatives with tech teams.
• Monitors KPIs to drive revenue growth and user adoption.
• Ensures agile practices and modern product development standards.
