Job summary

Steffes Solutions, LLC seeks a Manager of Products and Innovation, a senior leadership role responsible for aligning product strategies with Business Unit goals and driving new product development and launches. The role requires strong business, product, and technical knowledge, plus the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

The individual will lead a 5-year product plan, collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, and represent Steffes in industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience as a manager in engineering, manufacturing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience working with product related solutions with customers.
• Intermediate computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a 5-year Product Plan.
• Communicate with high level contacts outside of Steffes to help create Product Plan.
• Recognized outside of Steffes as a leader; present and engage with industry organizations.
• See around corners for future product positioning.
• Shape direction and vision for product line solutions as a key Business Unit decision maker.
• Provide leadership oversight of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate time with product managers, customers, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
• Understand product innovation, processes, and lifecycle leadership.
