Job summary

Endless Studios seeks a proven Head of Product to own the platform thesis and roadmap for a global, multi-stakeholder learning ecosystem. You will align learners, colleges, studios, credential issuers, and employers around a coherent strategy and capabilities like credentials and learning orchestration.

You will lead as a hands-on product leader, shaping architecture, user research, and rapid prototyping to scale engagement without a large direct-report team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management on scaled online education platforms.
• Experience building features and systems that support thriving online communities.
• Ability to lead across diverse stakeholders and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform thesis and roadmap for a multi-stakeholder ecosystem (learners, studios, colleges, credential issuers, employers).
• Align with Learning Experience vision to deliver always-on learning programs.
• Design community platform systems that drive participation, contribution, and belonging at scale.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across stakeholders and maintain trust.
• Drive web-product velocity with discovery, iteration, and metrics.
• Translate ecosystem needs into platform capabilities with strong technical fluency.
