Aufgaben

• Устанавливать измеримые цели продукта на основе стратегии компании и связывать их с дорожными картами команд.
• Формировать циклы обратной связи: общение с клиентами, данные использования, поддержка и исследования конкурентов.
• Приоритезировать инициативы, пересматривать предположения и обосновывать бизнес-кейс.
• Оценивать целевых пользователей, спрос, ценообразование и экономику возможностей; работать с коммерческими командами.
• Строить и вести продуктовую команду, формировать практики Product Management и объяснять лидерству.
• Преобразовывать возможности в задачи, координировать релизы, зависимости и риски с инженерией.
• Отслеживать результаты запуска и корректировать курс при необходимости.
• Улучшать путь клиента от обнаружения до разворачивания нагрузки и управления расходами.

Описание:

Verda is building a full-stack AI cloud, covering data centers, hardware, and its own cloud platform used by leading AI teams. It operates globally, with offices in London and San Francisco, and is headquartered in Helsinki.

Задачи:

• Set measurable cloud product goals based on company strategy and connect them to team roadmaps
• Build a continuous feedback loop using customer conversations, usage data, support feedback, and competitive research
• Prioritise product initiatives, revisit assumptions as evidence changes, and make the commercial case for building, buying, or integrating capabilities
• Evaluate target users, demand, differentiation, pricing, packaging, and opportunity economics; work with commercial teams to drive product adoption and revenue
• Build and lead the product team, shape product management practices, and help leadership and teams understand effective product work
• Turn opportunities into problem statements, scope, and success criteria; coordinate release sequencing, dependencies, trade-offs, and risks with engineering
• Track results during and after launches, and change course when results fall short
• Improve the customer journey across discovery, workload deployment, access management, failure handling, and spend control
• Partner with Product Marketing on launches and assess outcomes using adoption, retention, usage, and revenue
• Use AI tools and agents for research, analysis, prototyping, and communication; improve workflows and share effective practices

Требования:

• Direct product experience with an inference or AI developer platform, GPU cloud, or AI training infrastructure
• Understand the customers, competitors, buying decisions, and economics of the AI infrastructure industry, and have a clear view of its direction
• Use a numerical, data-driven approach, define measurable success metrics, track them, and use them to make decisions
• Demonstrate broad product and business judgment and an interest in engaging with users
• Have a track record of making difficult prioritisation decisions and improving measurable customer or commercial outcomes
• Have experience building or leading a product team and driving organisational change around product management
• Turn ambiguous goals into scoped work, coordinate across teams, and follow through on commitments
• Write clearly, listen well, and influence technical colleagues and senior leadership
• Have hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, including understanding what agents need to use a cloud platform successfully
