Job summary

Earth in San Francisco seeks a Head of Product to own the product roadmap, shape processes, and build the Design function. You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Leadership to scale our technology for transforming soil into a daily practice.

You’ll write PRDs, talk to families, review designs, participate in sprint planning, and ship products with the team. You’ll drive consumer growth products, measure outcomes with data, and mentor the product team while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer growth products.
• Owns products end-to-end and drives measurable outcomes.
• Natural coach who develops people and builds strong teams.
• Experience with AI and modern product tools to move faster.
• Excellent at prioritization and shipping with focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Set Earth's product direction and roadmap with leadership.
• Understand families, operators and internal teams; translate into loved products.
• Own prioritization across initiatives and engineering lanes; align with goals.
• Design and deploy a crisp product process for fast decisions and execution.
• Create a reliable release rhythm; communicate what, when and why.
• Work with Engineering to prioritize, execute, and ship impactful products.
• Build and lead design function; hire first Product Designer and raise UX bar.
• Mentor existing Product Manager; grow the product organization.
• Define success metrics; use data to learn and improve.
• Remain hands-on from discovery to launch and iteration.
