Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BBA in Industrial Design, Merchandising, International Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in international product development and design leadership within the home furnishings industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead trend research and creative brief development.
• Develop and evolve seasonal material and finish library.
• Build seasonal color stories with Category Leaders and align launches.
• Ensure design language and standards across categories and seasons.
• Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales to drive market-ready products.
