Job summary

Bambino Agro Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Product Design to lead our design team and craft a cohesive product experience. You will set the vision for user-centered design, work closely with Product and Engineering, and drive design excellence across features that shape the way customers interact with our products.

You will mentor and grow designers, build a strong portfolio culture, and contribute to the evolution of our Lens Design System while staying ahead of industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in Product Design with leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading design teams that shipped software.
• Strong portfolio with typography, interaction and visual design exemplars.
• Experience growing and mentoring designers to higher craft.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our core product design team of 3+ product designers.
• Define and own user-centered strategy and design execution for new features.
• Identify problems and opportunities from user research and data.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing to convey user value end-to-end.
• Partner with engineering to understand technical systems and trade-offs.
• Apply understanding of customers and market to drive innovation.
• Contribute to culture, processes, and tools within Design leadership.
• Co-own the evolution of our Lens Design System with the design team.
• Master hiring outstanding product designers to reach team goals.
