Job summary

Tovala is seeking a data-forward, customer-obsessed VP of Product to lead the strategy and execution of our product portfolio across food, hardware, software, and customer experience. Location: Remote (US-based), with regular travel to Chicago headquarters.

Travel is expected approximately 2–3 times per quarter initially to support onboarding and collaboration. You will partner with leadership, engineering, operations, marketing, and culinary teams to deliver magical, differentiated experiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management leadership in DTC with physical consumer products.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into successful products.
• Experience guiding product strategy across multiple domains (food, hardware, software).
• Strong coaching and mentorship of product teams.
• Exceptional communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified, insight-driven product strategy aligned to company goals.
• Coach product managers to contribute to strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead and grow the product team, fostering rapid testing and learning.
