Qualifications

• 15+ years of Product Management experience within financial services and client servicing platforms.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development lifecycle and prioritizing backlog.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for feature development across client service platforms.
• Lead global product team, mentor talent, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prioritize backlog using user insights, domain expertise, and market research.
• Develop requirements with engineers and designers and track delivery.
• Drive AI strategy, roadmap, and adoption across platforms.
• Roll out features with high adoption and gather feedback for improvements.
