Job summary

Mimica is seeking a Head of Product to lead the product function through a major growth phase. You will own the macro strategy, market positioning, and roadmap, elevating product management practices and instituting structures that enable fast, high-quality decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Head of Product, Director of Product, or VP of Product in a scale-up environment.
• Experience building data-heavy, process optimisation, AI, or automation products.
• Strong leadership with coaching/mentoring of Product Managers and Designers.
• Excellent judgment on prioritization and roadmapping with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and champion the global product strategy and macro roadmap with the C-suite.
• Communicate the product vision to improve clarity and alignment and turn decisions into direction.
• Mentor Product Managers and Designers and define ladders for growth.
• Unblock the team to maintain a healthy, high-performing product function.
• Improve the operating model by aligning customer, market, and competitive insights early in decision-making.
• Align stakeholders and build consensus when priorities conflict.
• Handle escalations and protect the roadmap from leadership or sales pressure.
• Forecast capacity and partner with People to hire top-tier talent for the product org.
