Job summary

NorthStar, a division of Harris, is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Product organization within R&D and report to the VP of R&D. You will oversee five PMs/POs/SMEs across a broad portfolio including CIS7 and Customer portal, building a mature product operating model and driving outcomes.

You will be measured on product judgment and delivery predictability, with remote work options in the US/Canada and ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ leading Product teams.
• Proven track record shipping products customers value.
• Experience building or maturing a Product operating model in a scaling org.
• Strong product instincts and ability to explain bets.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and define success metrics before engineering.
• Design and install a repeatable intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and governance system.
• Coach five product professionals into strategic product leaders and establish clear roles.
