As our Head of Product, you’ll lead the strategy, vision, and execution of Superpower’s product ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to design at the frontier of healthcare and human potential – with a team of world-class clinicians, technologists, creatives, and builders behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own Superpower’s product roadmap – across diagnostics, clinical care, digital health, and consumer experiences
• Translate company vision and user insights into intuitive, impactful, scalable product solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Content, and Marketing to ship features that unlock health outcomes and business growth
• Build and lead a small but mighty product team – starting with strategy and evolving into hiring and mentorship
• Prioritize and sequence product development using a strong understanding of healthcare constraints, consumer UX, and technical feasibility
• Obsess over user needs – drawing insights from data, research, feedback, and experimentation
• Set up and continuously evolve product processes that support iteration, alignment, and excellence
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards while driving innovation
  
  

Who You Are

• 7–10+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth startups, ideally in healthtech, wellness, or longevity
• Experienced building consumer products that balance elegance with complexity – especially in regulated industries
• Strategic thinker with deep execution chops – you can go from 30,000 ft to wireframes in one conversation
• A compelling communicator who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to rally teams around bold, clear goals
• Naturally curious, fiercely user-focused, and energized by building what doesn’t yet exist
• Bonus: experience in diagnostics, digital therapeutics, or clinical tools
• Bonus: background in early-stage company building or founder experience
