Job summary

Ventura Coastal, LLC is seeking a Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations in Visalia, CA. This head-of role will architect the strategy, build the team, and own the outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead procurement, inventory, logistics and transportation, and drive cost savings while enabling scalable growth in a fast-moving citrus manufacturing business. Relocation support is available and in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CPSM a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and stand up the consolidated procurement and supply chain function.
• Lead procurement strategy, supplier development, and contracts.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, and day-to-day operations.
