Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of extensive estimating experience on design-build and hard-bid projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs through all project phases from concept to permit documents.
• Identify value-engineered alternatives and analyse bids from subcontractors.
• Develop and manage bid packages and lead bid solicitation.
• Mentor and develop Preconstruction/Estimating staff.
• Maintain detailed records and support project managers with change orders.
