Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Proven leadership and mentorship in preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on building systems, cost trends, and codes.
• Contribute to design development and site planning.
• Manage the full bid process with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare conceptual budgets for due diligence.
• Own budgets and GMP estimates across project phases.
• Mentor and develop regional preconstruction staff.
