Job summary

HAYA Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional planning and execution of IND-enabling nonclinical programs, coordinating translational timelines with the translational team.

You will manage CROs, oversee study design and data delivery, align budgets with milestones, and drive regulatory readiness for global filings while keeping timelines on track and stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive IND-enabling nonclinical studies.
• Experience in toxicology, PK, and in vivo pharmacology workflows.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Advanced training in project management (PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Leads IND-enabling preclinical study planning and timelines.
• Directs outsourced CRO experimental designs and plans.
• Manages vendor relationships and external CRO coordination.
• Tracks timelines, budgets, and resource allocations with dashboards.
• Coordinates with preclinical, clinical ops, and regulatory teams for filings.
• Ensures GLP/ICh alignment and regulatory readiness.
• Reports progress and risks to R&D leadership.
