Job summary

Catania Oils is seeking a hands-on Manager of AI Solutions and Enablement to bring practical AI solutions into daily work. You will partner with teams to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and build repeatable AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort.

The role emphasizes coaching employees on AI use, measuring impact on efficiency and quality, and coordinating projects with IT and security to align with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in process improvement, program or project management, business operations, or related field.
• Proven success delivering projects across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and Codex, with examples of AI solutions implemented.
• Experience documenting processes and coordinating work across stakeholders.
• Experience with Claude is preferred.
• Ability to explain unfamiliar concepts to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity, sound business judgment, and understanding AI opportunities/limits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to document current processes and identify opportunities to simplify workflows.
• Build AI solutions using no-code/low-code tools, including prompts, skills, plugins, and automations.
• Test solutions with employees, document usage, and measure impact on efficiency and experience.
• Define clear success metrics with department leaders before building solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, vendors, testing, and rollout for AI projects.
• Coach employees on practical AI use and partner with Training for targeted learning.
• Help build a network of AI champions across the organization.
• Maintain visibility into AI initiatives, owners, next steps, and results.
• Prepare updates for leadership and the AI Leadership Council.
