Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Senior Director, Portfolio Performance Data Strategy (Finance) to build a scalable financial data model for the hotel portfolio. You will lead private equity–style analysis, benchmarking, and decision-support reporting for ELT and the Board.

The role requires 8–12+ years in finance, advanced modeling, and proficiency with SQL/Power BI/Tableau. Collaboration with Finance, IT, Operations, and Asset Management is essential.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of progressive financial analysis and portfolio/investment analysis experience.
Strong grounding in hotel or real estate metrics and benchmarking practices.
Advanced financial modeling skills; Excel expert; SQL/BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain an enterprise-scale financial data model for the hotel portfolio.
Apply private equity-style analysis to benchmarking and scenario planning.
Aggregate large property- and market-level data for decision-grade benchmarking.
