Dyne Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Waltham, MA. This role partners with Accounting, IT and business teams to deliver scalable financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics, developing financial models and providing actionable insights to support growth strategies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, with advanced Excel and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data warehousing. MBA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles in biotech or life sciences.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience with data warehouses and IT-partnered reporting initiatives.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPI analyses, and scenario planning.
• Create dashboards and reports; drive data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Accounting and IT to optimize reporting processes.
• Provide strategic business insights to executives and function leaders.
