Job summary

Retrofête Inc. in New York seeks a VP of Planning to lead the planning function for Retrofête and Seroya, partnering with Leadership, Merchandising, Production, Finance, Operations and Sales to drive inventory strategy, forecasting, and performance across channels.

You will implement advanced reporting and forecasting frameworks, shape long-term business strategy, oversee end-to-end planning, and mentor the Planner team in a fast-paced, luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning, merchandising, or inventory in fashion or luxury segments.
• Strong forecasting, inventory strategy, and multi-channel financial planning experience.
• Analytical thinker with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across Retrofête and Seroya for wholesale, eCommerce, and retail channels.
• Develop seasonal and annual financial plans aligned with margins and inventory targets.
• Drive inventory optimization to improve sell-through and profitability.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Design and Production on inventory investments.
• Provide guidance on buy depth, category allocation, and inventory flow.
• Lead S&OP processes with COO to unify planning across functions.
• Build elevated dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Mentor the Planner and strengthen team analytics.
