It covers training and scoring, hiring forecasts, readiness for each new customer site, and managing outside contractors alongside a growing in-house team. A strong candidate has scaled a large, quality-measured operations team in robotics, self-driving, or data labeling, and is comfortable doing the work by hand before delegating it.
