Cipher Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Physical Security Operations to own and scale the security program across multiple campuses, including operations, turnover, and governance. You will lead embedded personnel and contracted guards, manage budgets, and coordinate audits and investigations.

Competenze

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in physical security operations.
• Experience leading people managers across multi-site portfolios.
• Experience owning a contracted guard force program end to end (SOW, SLAs, budgeting).
• Experience operating security programs in dynamic environments (construction, 24/7, high-security).
• Track record of carrying customer-facing security commitments through SLAs and audits.
• Sound budgeting and vendor cost management.
• Working knowledge of Genetec or similar platforms and visitor/key management.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
• Demonstrated leadership across teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership and customers.
• Sound judgment under pressure.

Mansioni

• Own physical security operations across the portfolio, around the clock from turnover through steady state.
• Set and maintain the operating standard for all sites, including post orders, SOPs, access and visitor management, patrol, and incident response.
• Own the security operations budget, including forecasting and vendor spend.
• Accept turnover and ensure site readiness before program transfer.
• Build and lead site security teams and hire the Site Operations Manager as portfolio grows.
• Own guard services program and vendor relationships across full lifecycle.
• Own customer security commitments: SLAs, audits, site visits, and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II evidence and contractual obligations.
• Lead security incident response and emergency coordination; coordinate with local authorities.
• Oversee security systems operations, including access control, video surveillance, and visitor management.
