Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fitness team and achieving department targets.
• Ability to hire, train and develop Personal Trainers.
• Strong knowledge of time and labor guidelines and scheduling.
• Excellent member service and retention focus.
• Familiarity with Crunch Certified Fitness Program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage performance of Personal Trainers.
• Develop weekly staff schedules and monitor Time & Labor.
• Drive revenue through fitness services and supplements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, dress code, and member experience.
• Lead weekly meetings and coach staff toward goals.
• Ensure program delivery and client satisfaction.
