Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver professional, results-driven training and build meaningful client relationships. You will design individualized programs, track progress, and maintain accountability to help clients reach long-term goals.

You'll work under the Personal Training Director, focus on client enrollment, retention, and revenue growth, and participate in Crunch-approved programs and certifications to advance your role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with a qualifying certification will be considered.
• Prior Personal Training or coaching experience preferred.
• Compensation reflects education score, certification, and Crunch experience as per plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, results-driven Personal Training sessions.
• Create individualized training programs around each client’s goals and history.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client per Company standards.
• Generate referrals and grow a personal client base.
