Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for Director of Growth Marketing for our team.

This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in New York or the FreedomCare hub closest to you for meetings and / or collaboration.

Position Overview :

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead the performance marketing at FreedomCare. You will craft and own our omni-channel media campaigns with tens of millions of dollars in annual spend across TV, radio, direct mail, and digital channels. You will be the in-house expert that helps drive unprecedented growth for the company while maintaining our efficiency targets. With your strategic mindset and analytical acumen, you will craft campaigns, optimize performance, and drive our business forward.

Everyday Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Own the development, execution, performance, growth, and efficiency of the acquisition program across all FreedomCare multistate operations, including linear and digital channels
  • Lead performance marketing on Meta, Google, and other paid social channels, to drive paid customers
  • Build annual acquisition budgets to achieve revenue growth targets while maintaining efficiency in partnership with our CEO and outside agencies
  • Continually evaluate cross-channel spend to maximize revenue while optimizing to the lowest cost per acquisition possible,
  • Establish and surpass acquisition KPIs, monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, with a focus on managing cost per acquisition targets effectively
  • Test-and-learn new digital and offline channels to expand our market and enhance our growth

Crafting Strategy

  • Translate our significant business growth opportunity into cross-channel media strategies
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth within the competitive landscape
  • Ideate and launch new marketing tactics to drive incremental sales beyond established targets
  • Identify and source new growth opportunities; define go-to-market plans
  • Implement new processes to keep up with the demands of the growing business

Fostering Thought Leadership

  • Provide relevant media expertise, helping cross-functional teams understand the role of media and adapt their thinking and approach as necessary
  • Lead solution-oriented feedback sessions with internal stakeholders to identify blockers and pain points across supporting functions
  • Partner with our CEO to identify new opportunities to drive business growth through marketing tactics and collaborate on strategies to execute
  • Partner closely with analytics team to measure effectiveness and drive campaign efficiency and performance marketing goals
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams to create efficiencies in processes and effectively drive the business
  • Stay proactive in researching and monitoring industry trends to support new growth opportunities and drive performance goals
  • Work and meet with our outside agencies on a regular cadence to ensure that performance goals are being met

Ideal Candidate Will Have :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8-12+ years of relevant industry experience; with leadership experience in marketing / advertising planning and / or activation
  • Demonstrate past accomplishments in creating cross-channel campaigns that substantially increased revenue growth for a performance advertiser
  • Experience driving scalable, sustainable growth strategies through testing, measuring and iteration frameworks
  • Data driven and analytical with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify consumer behavior, creative opportunities and manage cost per acquisition targets
  • Self-motivated with the drive to build impactful campaigns and deliver ROI
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, PMAX and / or Advantage + campaigns
  • Experience successfully managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to successfully operate in a collaborative team environment and quickly adapt to changing business priorities and strategies
  • Highly collaborative with a strong bias for action

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to : skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure / certifications.

Salary Range$150,000—$200,000 USD

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment; the total compensation package for this role includes a bonus which is not reflected in the base pay range provided . Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to : skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure / certifications.
