Job summary

Sunshine Community Health Center (SCHC) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to provide strategic leadership across HR functions, including workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance. This role partners with executive leadership to align HR programs with SCHC's mission.

The position offers a flexible work arrangement (50–75% remote) with regular on-site presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least seven years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HR functions across SCHC.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and retention efforts.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management and organizational development.
• Ensure HR programs and policies are compliant and aligned with SCHC's mission.
• Lead the HR team and partner with executive leadership.
