Job summary

Xero in California is seeking a VP People Experience Partnering to lead HR business partnering for senior leaders and drive the global PX strategy. You will mentor a team, work with US and North American leadership, and shape workforce programs across geographic boundaries.

The role requires significant HR leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to align people strategies with Xero’s global goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience in HR within fast-paced environments.
Experience developing people-related strategies and plans to achieve business outcomes.
Experience coaching senior executive stakeholders on complex people issues.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR Business Partnering support to senior leaders and lead the HR partnering teams.
Advise the Managing Director of North America on regional issues affecting the U.S. and Canada.
Collaborate with PX peers to align with a one-team approach across global HR Partnering.
Partner with PX Centers of Excellence to drive global people programs and capabilities.
Identify development opportunities within your team to model PX capabilities.
Support talent management, organizational design, and high-risk ER issues as needed.
