Job summary

Xero is seeking a VP People Experience Partnering to lead HRBP for senior leaders in North America, with a strong focus on the U.S. and Canada. You will guide talent, organizational design and employee experience, while partnering with global PX teams to execute the people strategy.

You will coach and grow a high-performing team, drive HR programs aligned with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance and leverage data to deliver impactful HR solutions across Xero's North American operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR Business Partnering to XLT members and lead BP teams.
• Advise North America MD on regional issues impacting the US and Canada.
• Collaborate with PX COEs to align programs with global people strategy.
• Develop opportunities through PX Capability Framework.
• Support talent management, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Manage risks and compliance in employment law.
• Use data to analyze trends and inform people programs.
• Partner with Talent teams to meet recruitment priorities.
• Drive a one-team approach across PX and HR partner functions.
