With approximately 1,800 employees across a geographically dispersed network of locations and continued growth anticipated through acquisitions, the organization is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR leader to build and elevate its people function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a business-oriented HR leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building the infrastructure, programs, and capabilities that enable organizations to scale.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and operational execution, with the ability to identify business challenges, translate them into actionable people priorities, and deliver measurable results. This leader will partner closely with executive and field leadership while leading a lean HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, and workforce planning.
  • Leverage workforce analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure business impact.

Talent Acquisition, Retention & Workforce Effectiveness

  • Evaluate and enhance recruiting strategies, processes, and resources across a distributed, frontline workforce.
  • Partner with field leadership to improve staffing effectiveness, employee retention, and workforce stability.
  • Build scalable talent practices that support continued expansion.

Leadership Development & Culture

  • Strengthen leadership capabilities, accountability, and performance management across field operations.
  • Develop practical talent management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Foster a consistent, high-performing culture while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of the organization.

HR Operations & Infrastructure

  • Support the people-related aspects of acquisitions, integration, and organizational change.

Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Build and own the people strategy for a growing, multi-unit organization.
  • Make a meaningful business impact by improving workforce effectiveness, retention, and leadership capability.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to influence business strategy and organizational growth.
  • Shape the future of the HR function by introducing scalable programs, processes, and infrastructure.
