General Motors seeks a Leader of People Analytics Enablement to guide semantic, governance, data foundations, and adoption of workforce insights at scale. You will co-drive the PA BI strategy with PA leadership and IT, turning strategy into scalable, governed data products and analytics enablement.

You will mentor teams, shape data definitions, and drive adoption across HR strategy and enablement, ensuring trusted workforce data informs decisions enterprise-wide.

Formación

• 12+ years in People Analytics, HR analytics enablement, or enterprise analytics.
• 5+ years leading teams across analytics, enablement, data, product, or BI functions.
• Proven success scaling governed analytics with modern BI and data foundations.

Responsabilidades

• Co-architect and execute the People Analytics Enablement and BI Strategy with PA leadership and IT.
• Translate strategy into prioritized, governed products, semantic foundations, and adoption practices.
• Lead PA BI team to deliver trusted data products, semantic definitions, and analytics capabilities.
• Govern common business vocabulary, KPIs, dimensions, hierarchies, ontology, and data certification.
