Ladders in San Francisco is seeking a Head of People to shape the people strategy as the startup scales, partnering with founders and finance to drive performance, compensation, and progression frameworks. You will lead hiring across G&A, growth, and marketing while strengthening the employee experience from onboarding through development, and act as a trusted partner to leaders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Head of People to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the people strategy for a fast-moving startup as the organization scales its team and operating rhythms. You will partner closely with founders and finance to build effective performance, compensation, and progression frameworks that support growth. The position also plays a key role in hiring across G&A, growth, and marketing while strengthening the employee experience from onboarding through ongoing development.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $250,000 – $300,000 annually
