Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience leading multiple product teams or PMs.
- Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
Responsabilités
- Define and lead the multi-year product vision (3+ years) for our payments ecosystem.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for key product areas.
- Drive the evolution of our payments orchestration platform and capabilities layer.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Partnerships to translate market needs into strategy.
- Own the business performance of the payments product area and define KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate trends in the payments ecosystem and identify opportunities.
