Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Director, Patient Admissions Analytics to lead analytics across the patient access organization. This role drives insights from admissions data to improve visibility, identify opportunities, and support informed decisions.

Will partner with revenue management, payor strategy, clinic operations and finance to align data, reporting, and analytics with business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, healthcare operations, financial analysis or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership leading analytical teams or cross-functional work.
• Experience using data/analytics to evaluate performance and influence outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of patient admissions performance and identify trends, risks and drivers.
• Provide senior leadership with actionable insights to support admissions performance and business decisions.
• Oversee development of dashboards, scorecards and executive analyses for admissions.
• Establish consistent performance measures, data definitions and reporting methodologies.
