The College of Charleston invites applications for the Director of Parent & Family Giving (Re-Announcement). This role leads the strategy to engage parents and families in philanthropic support, with emphasis on leadership annual gifts and strengthening the Parent Leadership Society.

You will manage a portfolio of 100+ parent prospects, collaborate with the Division of Institutional Advancement and campus partners, and design programs to deepen parents’ connection to the College while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in parent fundraising preferred.
• Experience managing a donor portfolio and donor relations.
• CRM software experience preferred (Raiser's Edge NXT).

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy for engaging parents and families in philanthropic support.
• Manage a portfolio of parent prospects and solicit leadership gifts.
• Collaborate across divisions to coordinate donor-centered engagement.
• Develop a comprehensive development plan and budget oversight.
