Stripe is seeking a senior leader to own the organic growth strategy across SEO and AEO, shaping how developers, founders and executives discover Stripe’s products. You’ll drive technical SEO, content strategy, and cross‑functional alignment with data-driven playbooks.

You will build and lead a high‑performing SEO/AEO team, define measurement frameworks, and establish Stripe’s stance on AI‑generated answers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SEO with leadership exposure
• Expertise in technical SEO and content strategy
• Understanding of AI-powered search and retrieval systems
• Ability to influence across product, engineering, content and data science

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy end-to-end across SEO and AEO
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing SEO/AEO team
• Drive improvements in organic visibility, rankings and traffic
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and data science to integrate SEO/AEO best practices
• Build and evolve measurement frameworks and attribution models
• Define and execute the roadmap for AEO and AI-generated answers
• Improve site structure and structured data for discoverability
