Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Director of Operations to align and optimize support functions across Software Systems, Marketing, Training, Compliance, and Centralized Operations for our multifamily portfolio in the Western United States.

Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will build scalable, data-driven processes, define KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and growth across properties.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multifamily property management operations.
• Strong understanding of on-site property management challenges.
• Experience with compliance, training, marketing, centralized accounting, or technology.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios including Class B/C properties is preferred.
• Systems thinking with ability to design and implement solutions.
• Hands-on with property management software such as Yardi or similar.
• Experience with software platform selection, implementation, or data migration.
• Knowledge of housing compliance requirements and state/local amendments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop department teams with clear accountability and collaboration.
• Establish shared KPIs and strategic priorities aligned to property operations.
• Oversee CRM platform evaluation, selection, and implementation with Software Systems.
• Act as operational tech strategist, standardizing data governance and processes.
• Define site-level KPIs and build dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Set operations strategy to standardize and automate across properties.
• Oversee compliance strategy and embed requirements into systems and training.
• Align Marketing and Training with on-site ops and brand messaging.
• Provide regular reporting to EVP of Operations on performance and initiatives.
