Ox Exteriors is seeking a Vice President of Operations at our headquarters in Hendersonville, TN. This senior role partners with the CEO to ensure profitability through disciplined estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and financial controls.

You will own operational processes, KPIs, and cross-functional integration with accounting and AR, while driving scale and multi-market expansion. The role emphasizes leadership of the estimating, purchasing, and scheduling teams, with a focus on margin

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction operations with leadership experience.
• Strong cash flow understanding: paying crews, buying materials, collecting from clients.
• Proven skills in job costing, budgeting, forecasting and AR management.
• Experience building dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own margin-driven operational processes: estimating, purchasing, scheduling.
• Directly manage estimating, purchasing and scheduling teams.
• Lead profitability reviews and correct margin leakage.
• Manage subcontractor/vendor relationships and material costs.
• Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards for leadership.
