Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd in the United States is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to optimize its fast-growing meat and protein platform across processing, production, warehousing and distribution.

This executive will helm production, maintenance, engineering, quality, food safety, procurement, inventory, logistics and continuous improvement, while partnering with finance and commercial leadership to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in meat, protein, or related food processing.
• Experience leading multi-facility operations and complex networks.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for operational functions.
• Develop and execute an operations strategy aligned with growth and commercial objectives.
• Lead day-to-day performance across processing, production, warehousing and distribution.
• Establish KPIs and management routines to monitor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and a culture of safety and quality.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance and QA to ensure food safety and quality.
