BuilderWell, a Southern California luxury residential design-build company, seeks a Head of Operation to own day-to-day execution and build a scalable machine. You will lead multiple departments, install repeatable processes, and drive profitability while reducing founder dependency.

This role offers significant decision rights, authority, and upside for delivering measurable results. You will recruit and develop a leadership team, establish weekly executive meetings, dashboards, and scorecards,

Qualificações

• Must have 5+ years of executive management experience in luxury homebuilding, residential construction, or design-build.
• Experience scaling a founder-led company is strongly preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, develop, manage, and fire based on performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all major departments: sales, estimating, preconstruction, design coordination, project management, field operations, finance, admin.
• Build and enforce company-wide systems, scorecards, and accountability.
• Protect and improve gross margin and net profit; manage budgets and cash flow.
• Ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and uphold white-glove standards.
• Develop leadership team and succession plans; remove underperformers as needed.
• Drive 10X growth while maintaining profitability and client experience.
