Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or project management in a media agency setting.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years managing internal stakeholders + client relationships including procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial oversight, reporting, and client liaison.
• Oversee hours reporting, pacing, and scope of work management.
• Create and manage master project plans for large-scale initiatives.
• Track milestones, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop processes and training to improve efficiency.
• Lead collaboration across multiple teams and establish best practices.
