Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or project management in a media agency setting with experience managing financials and scoping.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years managing internal stakeholders and client relationships including procurement.

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage client financials across teams and liaison with clients.
• Scope & Staff Planning: Oversee hours reporting, pacing, and scope of work management.
• Project Management: Create and manage master project plans and track milestones.
• Process Development & Management: Design systems and tools to streamline workflows and enforce best practices.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as primary operational contact and drive cross-team collaboration.
