Job summary

Quorum, a remote AI safety organization, is seeking a senior operations leader to build and manage the operations team and define performance standards that will guide our growth. • Salary range of $165,000–$195,000, adjusted by location factor.
• 25 days paid vacation, public holidays, and time off in lieu for event weekends.
• 14 weeks fully paid parental leave, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) with 10% employer contribution.

Location & Process:

• Fully remote role with preference for US-based candidates; occasional travel for events.
