Job summary

Quorum is seeking a leader to head a new team focused on convenings and events that advance AI safety. You will map the field, design surveys, measure impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role requires a background in AI governance or related field, strong quantitative skills, and proven program management experience to drive end-to-end initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as quantitative studies, AI governance, or law.
• AI safety context, analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to build theories of change.
• Management experience and track record of running projects end to end.

• This role leads a new team designing convenings and events to advance AI safety.
