Job summary

BASIS Peoria Primary is seeking a Head of Operations to join our team. The role reports to the Vice President of Charter Schools and oversees the Finance and Facilities functions for the school site, including vendor selection, purchasing and accounting, facilities management, and technology.

It also serves as the onsite HR contact, implementing programs designed by central office. You will partner with the Head of School to ensure academics meet BASIS standards and manage a small operations

Qualifications

• MBA or related business degree required.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees school operations including finance, facilities, IT, and vendor management.
• Manages school budget and acts as on-site bookkeeper in partnership with Central Office.
• Partners with Head of School on salaries, benefits and staff evaluations; leads operations staff.
