Job summary

BASIS Ed Pflugerville is seeking a Director of Operations to support the Head of Operations in daily school operations, vendor management, purchasing and accounting, and technology oversight. The role serves as the operations contact for the school and helps ensure compliance with BASIS mandates.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in business-related field and experience in financial operations, facilities management and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
• xperience: Financial, facilities management and HR-related functions preferred.
• ertifications: Finger Print Clearance Card or state background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Operations with strategic plan for non-academic programs and lead its execution.
• oordinate staffing and facility needs for extracurricular programs.
• evelop and improve operational systems, processes, and policies.
• ocument policies and procedures for compliance and audit readiness.
• oordinate payroll with central office and school finance team.
• nsure security and IT operations and oversee school inventory of hardware/software.
• rrange bids and manage outside contractors.
