Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Director for Operations Data Products & Engineering to own the data product portfolio for NA Operations. Based in Denver, CO with a hybrid policy (3 days in-office). You will collaborate with Global Data & AI to align platforms, standards, and AI strategy, delivering scalable, governed data solutions.

The role focuses on building a multidisciplinary team and delivering measurable operational value through data products and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus.
• 10+ years in data products, product management, data engineering, analytics, BI, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary product or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the integrated Operations data product portfolio and multiyear roadmap.
• Lead the design and delivery of Operations data products, including pipelines, models, semantic layers, dashboards, and AI-ready datasets.
• Establish cross-functional product teams with coordinated roadmaps, backlogs, and success measures.
• Align the Operations data product roadmap with Global Data & AI and enterprise platforms.
• Establish governance for data quality, lineage, metadata, access, and product health.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary capability spanning data products, data engineering, analytics, BI, and governance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
