Job summary

Lucifer Lighting Company, a San Antonio-based designer and manufacturer of architectural lighting fixtures, seeks an Operations leader to oversee Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain/Planning, Quality Assurance and Lean Process. The role drives throughput, hits KPIs, and aligns budgets with growth targets.

You will chart strategy for growth, optimize operations worldwide, and partner with HR and Finance to sustain a high-performing, cost-conscious organization dedicated to quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field; 5+ years in Ops/SC/Engineering leadership.
• ERP and Sales systems planning and forecasting experience.
• Experience with die casting, extrusion, welding, machining and manufacturing operations; Strong leadership track record.

Responsibilities

• Drive production efficiency, asset utilization and quality to meet KPI targets.
• Advance KPIs and tools to improve manufacturing efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead change-management initiatives to correct processes and drive cost reductions.
• Partner with senior management to set short- and long-term goals and hold departments accountable.
• Own manufacturing strategy and readiness to support business objectives.
