Job summary

The Apex Group, a Bermuda-founded global fund administration and financial services provider, seeks a Head of Operations, France to lead corporate services quality, accuracy, timeliness and delivery for clients.

In this senior role, you will act as President and Responsible Expert-Comptable, ensuring compliance with Ordre des Experts-Comptables standards, managing AML, ethics and regulatory inspections, and coordinating with the Country Head and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Expert-Comptable registered or eligible to act as Responsible Expert-Comptable in France.
• Strong knowledge of French accounting, tax compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading accounting, tax or corporate services operations.
• Ability to exercise professional judgement and manage regulatory matters.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, tax compliance and service delivery for corporate clients.
• Lead client acceptance and risk assessment procedures.
• Coordinate with offices and stakeholders to ensure governance.
• Drive process improvements and quality controls across the platform.
• Respond to regulatory inspections and inquiries.
